CRIMINAL LAW
We are very well known for our specialist Criminal Department. Representation in the Criminal Courts has always been at the forefront of the service that we provide and we have a long history of dealing with a diverse range of high profile cases since our Practice was established in 1936. The valuable experience gained over the course of time has been passed down to our current team. We have the experience and expertise to deal with any criminal matter.
The Criminal Department has been led by Michael Woolf since 1996. We can help you at the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court, Youth Court, Crown Court as well as dealing with an Appeal at any level.
Our team of experienced Solicitors is able to deal with even the most complex of cases from the Police Station through to the highest courts. All of our staff are fully trained in criminal defence work and regularly receive training to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the law.
The department has an emergency service for Police Station arrests which is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year to provide clients with free advice and representation.
